Those who are more suited to back office or customer facing roles will want to follow the Logistics Business pathway. This will prepare them for a job in customer service, business administration, traffic office etc.
This Logistics Business Pathway programme takes around 12 weeks and includes work preparation training, English, maths and IT, plus a vocational skills course.

Transport planning: - Traffic office
Freight forwarding: - international trade and logistics operations
